31 days of fitness- Day 12- Foodie Fridays-


Today is about Healthy Superfoods.


These are foods that should be in your weekly diet.  The value of these foods is immense.  My favorites from this list are avocado(2), artichokes(11), and quinoa(20.)

 
Here is a list, broken down by category, of 80 of the healthiest foods.  Some of these are better than others, but make sure you have a variety helps ensure you don't get bored with your menu.  The ones I haven't had yet, or do not like include Kale (not tried), oranges (can't have-allergic), Plums (don't like), spelt (not tried), lima beans (don't like, but will eat), sardines (too salty), and orange juice (can't have-allergic)
